Bridget Wade Radcliff

Bridget has worked in higher education advising, support services, and academic administration for over 20 years. She earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Utah and MPA in Natural Resource Policy from the University of Arizona. Bridget took a short break from higher education and worked at the Udall Foundation in environmental conflict resolution, with a focus on projects in the Missouri River Basin and in Native American affairs. She returned to higher education to continue her passion for supporting students as they navigate their college careers and prepare for post-college life. She enjoys collaborating with CALS faculty, staff, students, alumni, and employer partners to create resources and opportunities that will support student success.

As Director of Career Engagement, Bridget is focused on supporting the students, faculty, and staff integrate career development into academic planning and ensuring the CALS Career Center is offering the relevant resources and support across the College. She facilitates the Dean’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Council and co-facilitates the Graduate Impact Fellows. Bridget also works closely with the members of the CALS Career Center Advisory Board to ensure broad employer perspectives are incorporated into career development.
