Marketing – Kabbage’s Marketing team is a close-knit group that supports teams across the organization in pursuit of one goal: connecting small businesses with the financial solutions they need to grow. We’re responsible for building brand awareness, acquiring customers and increasing their lifetime value. We make sure our press outreach, advertising, emails, and social media support our customers and partners and tell a cohesive Kabbage story.
Operations – Kabbage’s Servicing Team manages the systems that keep the company’s operational teams up and running. We work across all of Kabbage’s financial products to support sales, marketing, customer service, collections, risk, and other teams and ensure that they have the tools they need to grow the business and deliver the best experiences to Kabbage customers.
UX & Product – You’ll be working alongside product designers, content strategists and product managers aimed to provide small businesses with the financial tools they need to enhance their cash flow. The team is highly collaborative, passionate, fast-paced and customer-focused.
Data Science – Our data scientists are focused on building the models that make our platform run. You would work alongside machine learning experts, analytical creatives, and data gurus.
Engineering – The Kabbage engineering team aspires to serve all of our commercial clients and deepen relationships with small business owners through our innovative Kabbage platform. Each of our customers is a critical part of the global economy – from the jobs they provide, the goods and services they deliver, and the change and impact they each seek to have in the world – – it’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of their story.

- Utilizes sound interpersonal skills to navigate in a cross-functional setup.
- Analyze operations for sales team and identify problem areas
- Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions
- Earn stakeholder buy-in and incorporate solutions into product roadmap
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in any of the following languages and frameworks: C#, Java, WebApi, .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Analytical skills: Likes learning and learns quickly.
- Currently enrolled in full-time graduate degree program
- Students must have a graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
